- To actively contributing to pursue BNP Paribas’ Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal. To ensure an effective Recruitment delivery to the Group’s Business Areas at local level, by sourcing and assessing the right talent in the shortest period possible, while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (Hiring Managers and Candidates), acting as advisory partner and respecting the highest ethical and conduct standards at all moments.
Your Main Activities Are
- Playing an active role in the overall activity of Recruitment & Talent Sourcing to meet the goals of attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent, while growing a strong pipeline of Candidates
- Sourcing and attracting Candidates through various sources, including preparing and launching job adverts, regular using sourcing tools (e.g. About Me , LinkedIn), addressing pre-approved Recruitment agencies
- Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with Candidates during the assessment and selection process
- Contributing to continuous improvement in Recruitment by managing projects with considerable complexity, though supported and guided by the Team Leader and/or the Team Manager
- Manages projects with considerable complexity
- Assessing Candidates by performing interviews and applying other assessment tools.
- Managing the relationship with Hiring Managers throughout the Recruitment processes, acting as advisory partner
- Keeping the most updated and complete information in Recruitment tools, in order to ensure accuracy and resilience in Recruitment, as well as to support decision making
- Acting as a Trainer to others, namely colleagues in Recruitment and other HR teams, in Portugal or other locations
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
- More than 3 years of professional experience in Recruitment
- Proven knowledge in Human Resources, namely in Assessment and Evaluation
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
- Expertise in HR tools (B.Welcome and Vigilance)
