- To support the roll-out of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Payments & flows activities, we are looking for an LOD1 analyst to ensure alerts processing in SHINE/Fircosoft and NetReveal tools. You could be dedicated to the treatment of AML or payments & flows alerts
- AML means Anti-Money Laundering. It is used in the financial, legal and compliance sectors to designate the controls that must be carried out to avoid, identify and report suspicious conduct and maintain a policy of preventing money laundering or terrorist financing that may occur in the course of our clients’ activities

Your Main Activities Are
- As an AML alerts analyst
- Ensure the processing of NETREVEAL post-transaction alerts on customer accounts
- This Level 1 processing must be performed in accordance with the AML procedure and in collaboration with the dedicated Compliance teams at Level 2/3
- Communicate and follow up requests for justification to the business lines
- Participate in process improvement
- Ensure timely processing of alerts as required by procedures
- As a Payment, Accounts and Flows analyst, your will be expected to
- Ensure the “Level 1 Control” of filtering of incoming/outgoing SWIFT transactions within BGL BNPP as part of measures to ensure compliance with embargoes and the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing
- Exercise due diligence on incoming alerts by obtaining all relevant information and documents in accordance with Group policies and procedures
- Resolve identification errors due to a lack of identifiable or distinctive features
- Based on the concrete evidence received, issue an opinion on the alerts resulting from the filtering of SWIFT flows in the FircoSoft and ADF Recorder tools
- To be the contact person for the BNPP Group’s Business Lines, Compliance and Financial Security regarding the supervision and coordination of the financial sanctions system
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science and Management
- Knowledge of the Bank's activities and the content of the various banking businesses
- Knowledge of the field of payments and SWIFT messaging
- Have a good risk awareness (related to KYC and the fight against money laundering and terrorism)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work as a team and provide support to other colleagues if necessary
- Capacity for analysis, reflection, and synthesis, managing priorities and stress
