Interventions of BNP Paribas' experts
BNP Paribas' experts speak about the relations between bank and start-ups, the Fintech, digital money and storytelling.
- On 30 June, from 10.05 to 10.35, Beyza Koyas, Head of Strategic Marketing – Retail Development & Innovation, takes part in a conference dealing with digital money, which upsets pratices, including via the smartphone use.
- On 1 July, at 11.45, Sofia Merlo, CEO of Wealth Management, speaks as part of the conference entitled "Do start-ups need bank?", to evoke the support of start-ups by banks, with representatives of Artips and Solaris Bank.
- On 1 July, at 12.45, Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier, COO of BNP Paribas Retail Banking, takes part in the conference « Fintechs & Banks: competitors or partners ? », to speak about the complementarity of the 2 approaches, particularly in the banking practices upheaval, with personnalities from Go Cardless, France Fintech and Lemonway.
On 1 July, from 14 to 14.30, Bertrand Cizeau, Head of Group Communications, speaks during «Building our World’s future through Storytelling, Design and Technology » with Alex McDowell, Design Producer of « Minority Report » about the new opportunities given by technology, and especially virtual reality, to storytelling.
Challenges for the start-ups, entertainment and meetings
The Financial Services Lab of BNP Paribas welcomes 50 start-ups which will work on challenges given by the Group, about strategic themes: Data & Privacy, Improve Customer Experience, Improve UX, local & good deals, Mobile & Payments.
On Saturday, 2 July, during the open day for the general public, BNP Paribas proposes, among others, an animation organised with Phonotonic, and a musical battle, live broadcast on social networks.
