Principali Responsabilità:

Gestione del portafoglio assegnato composto da posizioni in contenzioso e, più in particolare, occupandosi della diagnosi delle posizioni assegnate, definendo la strategia da perseguire in coordinamento con i legali esterni
Analisi della corrispondenza relativa alle pratiche assegnate: accordi e transazioni con i debitori

Competenze specifiche:

Laurea in discipline giuridiche
Buona conoscenza di Excel
Conoscenza dei principi base di valutazione del rischio per la definizione degli accantonamenti
Conoscenza di base di diritto privato e diritto fallimentare
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Profilo:

Capacità di analisi e sintesi, precisione
Buone capacità relazionali e di comunicazione
Assertività e determinazione finalizzata ad una negoziazione efficace
Forte reattività
Capacità di organizzarsi autonomamente identificando le priorità, anche in contesti piuttosto stressanti
