Points to remember in 2019...BNP Paribas is at the forefront of new approaches in customer experience. We seek to provide a fluid, omni-channel, seamless and pleasant experience. To do this, we draw on a detailed knowledge of customer expectations and habits: permanently canvassing their opinion helps us customise our offers, create new ones and bring them the best of digital and human interaction. To do this, BNP Paribas positions itself on all innovation fronts:
- Artificial Intelligence. This enables test, image and sound recognition;
- Chatbots, like Telmi and Helloïz, which answer French retail banking and Hello Bank! customers by message, and soon by voice;
- and even immersive experiences, or teleportation, enabled by augmented reality!
Technological innovations that the Group benefits from thanks to close cooperation with start-ups. Paulina Skrzypinska, coordinator within the Innovation Lab in Warsaw, explained to us in a recent interview how she establishes partnerships between BNP Paribas and local start-ups.
