2 love stories awarded at the VR Arles Festival

Supported by BNP Paribas, the VR Arles Festival, which held from 4 to 9 July, awarded 2 works of virtual reality, devoted to love.

Jury Prize: "LovR" by Aaron Bradbury

Settled in England, Aaron Bradbury offers with "LovR" a dive into the brain at the very moment of love at first sight. Chemical and electrical reactions, emotions, the film reproduces the exact time when two lovers meet for the first time. The result is spectacular.

Audience Prize: "I Philip" by Pierre Zandrowicz

Tribute to the famous writer Philip K. Dick , who died in 2005, the film features an android with human form. Thanks to virtual reality, the director Pierre Zandrowicz immerses the viewer in what could be the last love story of Philip K. Dick. Do these memories come from the imagination of a human being, or from the mind of an android that has learned to be human?
