Recently BNP Paribas established a European finance operations centre in Lisbon, with 235 positions, and part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance Services (“GFS”) is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure the publication of financial information and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group’s financial management. It is also responsible for the design, deployment and evolution of financial information systems.



Project Management

  • Monitor the global project portfolio and demand management within FSS (project methodology follow-up, reporting and governance)
  • Assist FSS managers in their transformation projects
  • Contribute to the management dashboard (incl. project portfolio follow-up, KPI’s & reporting)


  • Organize  the internal communication between FSS and sub-departments
  • Ensure all necessary governance committees are in place, working and correctly documented

Budget tasks

  • Participates in the monthly meeting “Point Budgetaire”
  • PA upload in BABAR
  • Extraction of A3 FSS by cost center and by team; Extraction of NR
  • A3 Analysis - PA vs Budget and DAC
  • Inform GFS  Financial Controller of the Budget  to transfer
  • The Budget transfer follow-up is out of the scope of FSS PMO



  • Master’s degree in IT, Finance or Business
  • Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management
  • Has a clear understanding of the critical pillars of Project Management
  • Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, autonomy
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment and willing to work with international locations
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate)
  • Good Knowledge in French  (minimum B1 Level, CEFRL certificate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Experienced user in Microsoft Visio
