About the job
- The team supports but also performs specific controls on Global Markets and ALMT businesses, as well as other businesses of BNPP Group
Your Main Activities Are
- Administrate the Portfolio referential
- Support various teams (business, risk, finance) in the creation or modification of Portfolios
- Reconcile data referential between different systems
- Support projects which impact Portfolio referential like FO reorganization, new businesses, new processes
- Validate the Profits and Losses for certain specific portfolios
- Perform transversal postings on P&L tools (e.g. Market fees for all GM activities)
- Communicate to the P&L teams when we act transversally on their behalf
Profile and Skills to Success
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
- Analytical capacity (to investigate breaks in reconciliations)
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity
- Team spirit
- Knowledge or experience on the administration of a referential, Finance or Regulations (banking/trading, IAS classification) and in profit and loss
- Knowledge on market fees (custodies, clearing, brokers)
About the Team
- The particularity of the team is to gather many transversal tasks, which can be grouped into two main categories: Management of Portfolio Referential; Transversal (i.e. on behalf of other teams) management of some elements of Profits & Losses (P&L)
