PORTFOLIO AND TRANSVERSAL PNL CONTROLLER

About the job
  • The team supports but also performs specific controls on Global Markets and ALMT businesses, as well as other businesses of BNPP Group

Your Main Activities Are

  • Administrate the Portfolio referential
  • Support various teams (business, risk, finance) in the creation or modification of Portfolios
  • Reconcile data referential between different systems
  • Support projects which impact Portfolio referential like FO reorganization, new businesses, new processes
  • Validate the Profits and Losses for certain specific portfolios
  • Perform transversal postings on P&L tools (e.g. Market fees for all GM activities)
  • Communicate to the P&L teams when we act transversally on their behalf

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical capacity (to investigate breaks in reconciliations)
  • Attention to detail
  • Curiosity
  • Team spirit
  • Knowledge or experience on the administration of a referential, Finance or Regulations (banking/trading, IAS classification) and in profit and loss
  • Knowledge on market fees (custodies, clearing, brokers)

About the Team

  • The particularity of the team is to gather many transversal tasks, which can be grouped into two main categories: Management of Portfolio Referential; Transversal (i.e. on behalf of other teams) management of some elements of Profits & Losses (P&L)
