Payment Team Clerk

Job Description

Responsible for expenses payment and booking.

Direct Responsibilities

As the team member of payment team, the job is as follows:

• Prepare Staff Expenses Reimbursement payment and booking for PRC, for team leader to check and approve.
• Prepare Daily expenses payment and booking, including withholding the relevant tax during payment.
• Fixed assets Administration, for team leader to check and approve.
• FX position reporting and Treasury position reporting in EPK.
• Nostro a/c interest and commission booking for team leader to check and approve.
• Prepare expenses reports on regular and irregular basis (as per request) for team leader to check and approve.
• Other work as assigned by team leader.

Since the job is preparing the payment, he/she is not allowed to perform the approval on the payment.

Since the job performs the nostro payment and booking, he/she is not allowed to perform the nostro reconciliation work due to the segregation of duties.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Q&A for all staff about staff claims.
• Keep good relationship with branch finance/GS/IT for payment issue.
• Orientation to new staff for T&E policy and system user guide.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor and above.
• Skill: Good English; Good excel skill.
• Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years related working experience.
• Certificate: Accounting certificate is required.
