RISK Iberian Hub Madrid es una plataforma transversal que da servicio a la Función RISK cubriendo actividades de valor añadido en torno al riesgo de crédito, riesgo de mercado, riesgo operacional y protección de datos. Ofrece una amplia gama de servicios a los equipos de RISK, desde consultoría a ciberseguridad pasando por análisis de datos, modelización o inteligencia artificial. 

SOBRE EL PUESTO

 HR Data analytics - RISK Human Resources 

 We're looking for a pragmatic, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the RISK Human Resources Team at BNP Paribas. You will be based in Madrid working alongside with the HR Spain team reporting only to the RISK Head of Rewards and Data Analytics, based in Paris. To ensure the cohesion with the RISK HR team you will spend 1 week in Paris monthly. 

  You will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource team and business partners in various data entry, analytics, troubleshooting activities, reports and special HR projects. 

 Accountable for collecting, cleaning, maintaining and analyzing data that can be translated into insights to guide our HR strategy and support the decision making.  

 You will be an expert in managing and analyzing large sets of data, maintaining data integrity and communicating relevant insights. 

 The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate with other HR specialists, data professionals from other teams to understand and address their data needs. This is a newly created position which offers the opportunity to develop and drive the use of Data Analytics within RISK HR. 

 The position has no direct reports.  

 Job Responsibilities 

 * Development and Data Analysis 
 * Develop scorecards for HR leadership and provide meaningful insights and trends on key metrics in support of HR initiatives
 * Develop or enhance model and key data sets needed for predictive and prescriptive analytics for HR focus areas (examples: turnover, recruiting, performance management, workforce planning)
 * Assists in testing and validating new Workforce features and functionality
 * Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights 

        Production and Maintenance of data  

 * Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data, for reporting and distribution, including review of data input and output. (data cleaning) 
 * Maintains HR data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data
 * Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. 
 * Supports and participates in various HR special projects on a regular basis.
 * Handles sensitive and confidential employee information
 * Produce and analyze the appropriate reports/dashboards (ad hoc) to be presented to the different stakeholders 
 * Complete monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc HR reporting and data analysis, including data interpretation to provide value added analysis
 * Assess, develop and evaluate HR metrics by translating loosely defined business information into data specifications and requirements that assist HR leadership in making fact-based decisions

        Process improvement and Documentation  

 * Gathers & analyzes data to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements
 * Maintain, implement and develop business processes documentation, business processes, user procedures, training materials and guidelines
 * Communicate key information effectively to both management and internal customers
 * Drive team in continuous improvement activities to ensure best practices. 

 Required Skills / Knowledge 
 * Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity
 * Ability to pull data from different sources (ADP Reporting, Access, Excel, etc.) and link them logically; know how to deal with the inherent structure of the data 
 * Ability to work independently for day-to-day tasks to ensure goals and priorities are met. 
 * Ability to analyze data and report in a clear and concise manner. 
 * Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
 * Strong communication skills necessary to interface with staff at all levels in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.
 * Strong commitment to error free data administration. 
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications inclusive of Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP', data visualization tools such as Tableau desktop, Power BI, 
 * Access and/or SQL database query and report development skills 
 * Proficiency in the use of statistical packages such as R or Python could be a plus 

 Experience 
 * Three to five years related experience 
 * HR reporting and data experience 

 Job requirements: 
 * Ability to work extended hours 
 * Ability to travel on monthly basis 
 * Fluent in English and French are essential 

 Education 

 BA/BS in HR, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, IT or related field or equivalent work experience
