Headcount Monitoring for a Multinational Department

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Administrative Data Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and consolidating data related to headcount monitoring for a large department operating across multiple countries. This role requires exceptional proficiency in Excel, an acute attention to detail, and strong English communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection: Gather headcount data from various sources and locations to ensure comprehensive coverage of all departmental units.
  • Data Cleaning: Ensure data integrity by identifying and rectifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in the collected data.
  • Data Consolidation: Combine and organize data into a unified format to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to manage, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Reporting: Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to provide insights and updates on headcount trends and statistics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders across different countries to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries related to headcount data.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of data collection processes, methodologies, and results.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data collection, cleaning, and consolidation, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data management tools and software is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in large datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to interact with global stakeholders effectively. French would be a plus
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
