Principais Atividades:
- Receber as ocorrências demandadas pelo parceiro através de e-mail e responder dentro do prazo estipulado, com o objetivo de reduzir a possibilidade de reclamação em outros canais.
- Fazer a análise do tipo de atendimento, de acordo com a necessidade informada pelo parceiro, direcionar a ocorrência para a área interna responsável pela tratativa e interagir com os colegas para solucionar o atendimento.
- Acompanhar os atendimentos até sua tratativa final, e enviar posicionamento ao parceiro, como objetivo de reverter a insatisfação e reduzir a possibilidade de recorrer a outros canais de reclamação.
- Realizar o controle e acompanhamento das ocorrências e tipo de atendimento através de planilha em Excel.
- Garantir que os dados das planilhas de controles estejam coretos, emitir relatórios e analisar dados para identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos.
