In this episode, meet Juergen Petrasch, Head General Services at Personal Investors, and Anagha Singanmalli, Head of Operational Risk in Mumbai. They share their commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the Group through internal professional networks.

  • Created in 2019, the Women in Cyber network is a global initiative that aims to strengthen the presence and visibility of women in the cybersecurity field. Its mission is to break down barriers, promote diversity and create opportunities in a field that is still very male-dominated.
  • BNP Paribas PRIDE is a non-community-based, apolitical professional network open to all employees who are directly or indirectly affected by or simply support LGBT+ issues. Its mission is to contribute to building a working environment where everyone can feel fully themselves, regardless of their gender identity, gender expression, sex characteristics or sexual orientation.
