Pascal Maury, Human Resources Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, elected HR Director of the year for 2012

Pascal Maury, Human Resources Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, was elected HR Director of the year for 2012, on June18, at the DRH Entrepreneur de l'année trophy event held in Paris (France).

The honour was awarded by the "Mouvement Génération RH" (in partnership with the RH & Management publication), which brings together 6,000 HR professionals including 450 HR directors from medium and large-sized companies.

The prize was awarded to Pascal Maury by Jean-Paul Delevoye, president of the French Economic and Social Council, who chaired this fourth edition of the event.

“In addition to the acknowledgement of my experience and commitment within the company, this prize goes to all the HR teams in France and internationally, because it is thanks to their sense of innovation and team spirit that I have been granted this award”, said Pascal Maury.

Mouvement Génération RH wishes to use these trophies to reward “a generation of different HR directors in terms of training, vision of the function, leadership and position in the company”.

Pascal Maury graduated from the prestigious Paris Institut d'Etudes Politiques and began his career in 1998 at JCDecaux External Communication. He joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in August 2007 as HR Director for France and became HR Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Group in July 2010. Pascal Maury is a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate executive committee.
