New York-based Global Finance magazine, one of the premier international finance publications, has designated UkrSibbank as "Ukraine's Best Bank in 2007". The magazine's editors, assisted by a panel of advisors and bank analysts, ranked the various institutions according to such criteria as asset growth, profitability, strategic alliances, customer service, service fee competitiveness, and product innovativeness.

The bank's CEO, Oleksandr Adarich, remarked that "this distinction gives international prominence to the success UkrSibbank has achieved in its intensive growth and its conduct of business in the Ukrainian market, while acknowledging the reliability, competitiveness, and quality of the services we offer."

The awards ceremony, in Washington, will coincide with the annual meetings of the World Bank group and the International Monetary Fund. Global Finance has 50,000 subscribers and more than 250,000 readers in 158 countries.
