Flashback on BNP Paribas Masters 2016
Andy Murray won the edition 2016 BNP Paribas Masters, against John Isner. A victory that allows the Scots to take first ATP ranking, but also a prestigious success in a tournament welcoming the best players of the world, including the defending champion, Novak Djokovic, eliminated in the quarterfinals finals.
The We Are Tennis Fan Academy at BNP Paribas Masters
This year, the show was on and off the course of the Accor Hotels Arena Bercy. To warm the atmosphere, it took 200 fans WATFA (We Are Fan Tennis Academy) per day, bringing together musicians, dancers and singers to be heard the 4, 5 and 6 November: nearly 600 people in total! Wednesday, November 2, 60 children admitted to hospital Robert Debré or members of tennis clubs have taken over and carried the colors of the children edition of WATFA.
The Aces of the heart
The "Aces of the heart" operation was one of the other highlights of the tournament. Each ace allowed to pay 10€ for the renovation of a floor of Pediatric Surgery, in Robert Debré Hospital, in Paris. To raise scores, 4 super servers were selected: Raonic, Karlovic, Murray and Isner. For several years, the sponsor of this solidarity program is Mary Pierce, former world number 3.
