In collaboration with L’Atelier, BNP Paribas created Change it, a video magazine which presents innovation, in all its forms. It aims at identifying the most innovative start-ups and providing and insight on their business, anywhere in the world.
A third of the 500 largest US companies were funded by venture capitalists.
Change it opens the doors of NEA venture fund, an investment fund based in Silicon Valley. Founded in 1977, NEA manages $ 17 billion, mostly invested in high-tech start-ups.
Kitty Koluri, associate at the NEA Venture fund, says that he chooses companies which offer to change broad market and revolutionize the way people live and act.
In 2014, venture capitalists poured nearly $ 23 billion in unlisted companies in Silicon Valley, thus showing a great economic dynamism and a real appetite for risk.
