Following the announcement of the settlement with the US authorities on 30 June 2014, Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch Ratings all affirmed their confidence in BNP Paribas’ resilience, sound financial track record, as well as its ability to maintain a level of capital in line with peers.
