Greece, last chance agreement
Agreement seems to have been reached with the private sector on terms for the debt swap. This included a 50% haircut a 70% NPV loss. Uncertainties remain about the participation rate, the ECB's role and approval of the measures as counterparts.

Focus 2 :
Finland turns more favourable to euro
Sauli Niinistö, the candidate of the conservative National Coalition Party
(KOK) and former finance minister favourable to the euro, was elected in the second round of the presidential election.
