The new GDF SUEZ Group will be the world's largest utility group by revenues, Europe's biggest purchaser of natural gas, the leading liquefied natural gas player worldwide, the leading natural gas transmission and distribution network operator in Europe, and Europe's second largest natural gas storage and gas tanker terminal operator.
