BNP Paribas was the most active French bank for French government securities in 2003

  • 11.02.2004
The runners-up in the Agence France Trésor (AFT) league table were Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital. This ranking is well deserved recognition for CIB's Fixed Income teams, which had already taken first place in 2002, when only primary market activity was taken into account.

This time, business in the secondary market for French government debt was also reflected, including qualitative criteria: quality of economic research, promotion of French government securities, end-customer opinions, assistance provided to AFT in its new undertakings, and general relationship handling.
