Role:

The Senior Referential Manager will manage and oversee all referential in CIB EMEA Pricing to Billing processes (P2B) for Cash Management.

The candidate:

  • Will ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all stages of the P2B value chain, Pricing reference, Billing configuration, Governance and Administration management, working closely with cross function teams (Cash Management Experts, Product Owners, Billing Specialist, IT)
  • Will play a key role in streamlining processes
  • Will ensure permanent consistency all along the value chain and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Referential Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate all referential data for P2B value chain: product reference, standard pricing for all EMEA countries, and pricing methodologies. The objective is to ensure permanent alignment and integrity across the front to back value chain.
  • Ensure all referential data for Cash Management products are up to date and administered in all systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with CM FO, IT, COO, CMCC and Operations teams to manage and maintain an operational and relevant referential for all stakeholders, from cash management officers to billing specialists.

Process coordinator:

  • Lead the coordination of the pricing to billing workflow, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and aware of process changes or updates.
  • Work closely with all the team members to ensure that accurate pricings are applicable, and specially with the Billing team to guarantee a correct configuration in systems.
  • Act as a central point of contact (SPOC) for all issues related to referential data, discrepancies, incidents management, coordinate all stakeholders in cases of incidents, and follow up of resolution.

Cross functional coordinator & project management:

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure the P2B governance and processes are efficient.
  • Organize Pricing to Billing Committees and manage all actions of change management for continuous improvement on the chain value.
  • Review on a regular basis, the definition of roles and mandates, update processes and workflows according to the Target Operating Model.
  • Lead projects as coordinator to enhance current product management or remediation, establish plan, coordinate stakeholders and actions to achieve remediations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the operational model of the value chain and implement best practices to improve efficiency. 
  • Lead projects related to system upgrades, automation, or enhancements in the P2B chain. Develop and implement key performance indicators to monitor process effectiveness and data integrity.

  • A deep understanding of Cash Management operations within the CIB environment, preferably in pricing operations
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes
  • Proficiency with referential data management systems and tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
