Securities Data Administration Specialist with German


Responsibilities:

 
  • Collection of classification data such as preliminary master data, stock exchange trading data, price data, particularly in communication with the service provider 
  • Activation of trading products and deposits, counterparty data, as well as stock exchange venues in the bank's systems.
  • Processing and administration of financial sanctions requirements in the securities environment, 

  • Control of transactions under the four-eyes principle, 

  • Continuous assurance of compliance with current legal requirements, 

  • Point of contact for stock exchange partners and HTNG processing units. 

  • Document archiving.

                                        

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position  
  • Basic securities knowledge
  • English and German - min. B2 level
  • Ability to assess risks 
  • Analytical skills are nice to have
