What is this position about?
This role involves governance of cash management processes, Component contingency planning, handling special cash management arrangements for top tiered client & Bspoke processes.
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
Primary Responsibilities
Cash Management Governance:
• Oversee and ensure compliance with cash management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on cash management activities to ensure effective governance.
Component Contingency Plan (CCP):
• Develop, maintain, and implement contingency plans for cash management components.
• Ensure that all contingency measures are tested and up to date.
Special Arrangements / Bespoke Needs in Cash Management:
• Address and manage unique or special cash management requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate bespoke solutions.
Hong Kong Flows:
• Oversees implementations of regional standards within HK.
Exotic Currencies:
• Manage and monitor cash flows involving exotic currencies.
• Ensure effective handling, escalation and reporting of transactions in these currencies.
Support Business Management:
• Collaborate with ISPL to support business management responsibilities for the PCMO region.

APAC-Wide Solicitation and Communication:
• Initiate and manage information or clarification requests across APAC territories.
• Follow up with territories for responses and communicate findings to relevant parties in a clear and timely manner.
Landscape Preparation and Maintenance:
• Prepare and maintain organizational landscapes, including org charts.
• Ensure all landscape documents are current and accurately reflect the organization’s structure.
Management of APAC CM Ops Files Repository:
• Oversee the management of the APAC Cash Management Operations file repository (e.g., SharePoint or shared drive).
• Ensure all files are organized, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel.
