- The Referential Client Administration Trainee will be assisting in the management of the client life-cycle, analysis and coordination of client off-boarding due to mergers and acquisitions or termination of relationship
Your Main Activities Are
- Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, such as Legal, Risk, Due Diligence, Compliance and Trading Desks, the migration of the assets and liabilities, Trades, Legal and Risk agreements
- Participate in internal projects in order to reconcile data and the business status of a client with external sources, such as Bloomberg, Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) and National Trade Registers Worldwide
- Participate in the off-boarding client process in accordance with defined procedure
- Perform additional set ups and controls in accordance with client data
- Contribute to KPI on a daily basis and provide visibility on the production and issues to the management
- Contribute to any project impacting its perimeter whenever required by the management
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Legal, Audit or Banking & Financial Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Critical thinking and analytical ability
- Ability to develop and leverage networks, with a client focused mindset
