We are looking for a Fund Management Advisor to join the Italian Fund Advisory team in BNP Paribas REIM Luxembourg.
Reporting to the Senior Fund Management Advisor, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
- Contributing to the creation and update of the fund business plan/sensitivity analysis as well as monitoring that the targets set by the business plan are met;
- Analyze financial performance of the existing portfolio and support in the elaboration of the fund investment strategy, working closely with research team;
- Prepare and deliver of reports to investors and top management to discuss present, historic and forecast performances;
- Contribute to promote fund investment targets with acquisition and asset management teams;
- Keep up to date the financial strategy of the fund, supporting relationship with the banks;
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams;
- Contribute to implement sustainability initiatives within the portfolio;
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders (NAV calculation, periodic reporting, ecc);
- Support the organization of Fund Advisory Committee and Unitholders’ meeting;
- Submitting the updated fund business plan to BNPP committees for approval of the AIFM;
- Assisting the AIFM in the approval process of the updated fund business plan in fund governance committees and meetings with the investors.
Requirements
Our ideal candidates will meet the followings:
- Around 5 years of working experience gained in an international company operating in Real Estate (equity fund, investment bank, advisory);
- Strong analytical and technical skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ability to synthetize;
- Excellent time management skills, strong focus on deadlines, attention to details, ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking;
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
