About the job
- The Digital Advisory Officer’s main mission is to support the Head of Digital Advisory in leading the risk management strategy across the Global Banking Digital Office
Your Main Activities Are
- Support the Head of Digital Advisory in leading the risk management strategy across the Global Banking Digital Office, maintaining a risk avoidance strategy and audit trail of approvals, also ensuring the maintenance of approvals records for audit purposes, including product approvals matrixes
- Assist with performing tasks and solving issues by applying knowledge creatively and effectively
- Help manage workstreams as needed and refer complex matters to Head of Digital Advisory
- Build relationships with internal teams, such as Legal, to ensure quality deliverables and efficient problem-solving
- Prepare presentations, newsletters, tracking team book of work, roadmaps and deliverables in a clear and detailed manner
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to analyse data and summarize findings for reporting purposes
- Plan, coordinate and monitor activities across the globe to achieve NAC or other internal approvals, as may be required and directed by Head of Digital Advisory, liaising with Compliance and regulators to ensure regulatory submissions and approvals are made and obtained
- Get familiar and comfortable with various Global Banking processes and documents, in order to be able to identify the right procedures to follow
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by researching and understanding new digital products to complete internal and external due diligence
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or International Relations
- At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, regulatory or risk
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of electronic banking products and services
- Ability to collaborate with others and provide guidance
- Great analytical abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach

- The Digital Advisory team for Legal, Regulatory and Compliance matters is designed to be the functions touch point within the Global Banking Digital Office, addressing any BNP Paribas functions’ concerns in offering clients our electronic products and services, including BNP Paribas’ electronic banking platform Centric
