Head of Operations of bNP Paribas Bangkok Branch is responsible for leading the opeations and CEFS teams
- BaU: Manage GMO and TBO (Transaction banking ops) and CEFS: deliver consistent BaU quality, meeting Business and client expectations while fully adhere to internal policies and local regulations.

- Change / transformation: drive the change within Operations, in close cooperation with regional / Territory stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance, other functions)

- Risk management: continuously improve and strengthen the set up in order to reduce the operational risk and enhance operational resilience.

- Client centricity: develop the client centricity mindset, and operational processes to improve client satisfaction.

- Budgeting and cost management: manage headcount and cost within the approved budget, continuous optimization.

- People and stakeholder management: lead the team towards common objectives; develop the connect between Ops and Business and other stakeholders (incl. with ISPL)
