The Global Markets business of BNP Paribas helps its corporate and institutional clients leverage capital markets across the globe for their financing, risk management and investment needs. Position Purpose
Position is to fulfill requirement of .Net/SQL developer in V&RC IT team with needful exposure on design/ implementation / enhancements of software applications with known best practices addressing requirements. Need to work closely with developers and BA across different geographical locations of team to cover target DEV deliverables in application road map.

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Working as “One team” approach with BA, and Developers team across different locations to implement new functionality following standards based on information provided by specifications from assigned tasks.
- Ensure to follow technical and architecture standards where applicable during assigned deliveries implementation on time
- Owning quality of deliverables assigned with needful test coverage.
- Undertake peer reviews of implemented code as directed.
- Owning application knowledge library (wiki) and keep up to date in line with enhancements in each sprint.
- Representing during release and working with APS team with needful collaboration to ensure pre and post release validation to fulfill.
- Ensure to own and follow governance practices in place for DEV team and continuous learning.
- Train juniors in team in order to ensure knowledge sharing and backup.
- Ensure assigned deliveries are fulfilled with target definition of done coverage (Impact analysis/ solution identification/ documentation/ estimation/ implementation/ testing/ peer review/ e.t.c)
- Own application dev support ensuring user queries addressed on time and application availability.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Contribute in identification of technical debt of application and to plan for addressing the same on time.
