In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Data Analyst.
Mission:
We are searching for the best talent to provide analytical and reporting support to the Data Office perimeter to optimize decision making and develop cross-functional data products.
Main responsibilities:
* Perform data analysis: Provide conclusions, propose improvements, identify, or solve problems, or investigate business questions based on data.
* Reporting: Implement and analyze data plans based on the measurement needs of your internal customers. Automate reports, design, and manage the publication of dashboards on visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
* Technically responsible for the data domains under the responsibility of the Data Office: Support to the definition and implementation of controls, management of registrations and modifications of the necessary views in the Information Center/Datahub, etc.
* Manage the technical development of analytical products by coordinating resources from Central analytical Hubs: Reporting, ML models, ad-hoc analysis, data exploration, etc.
* Contribute to the proposals on technological platforms and governance model elaborated by the Data Office with its opinion and experience.
What we are looking for:
* Academic background: Degree / Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Big Data or equivalent experience.
* You have two years of proven working experience in the data transformation to extract key insights using statistical/analytical concepts.
* Proven experience in execution and automation of ETL's based on SAS, SQL or others.
* Knowledge of Phyton, Dataiku and Dremio.
* You are engaged in day-to-day activities.
* You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.
* You are a Problem-Solving and Decision-Making person, who:
* Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.

- Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
- Management of the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, One Note knowledge).

- Fluent level of English and Spanish is a must. Any other European language is nice to have.
