About the job

  • People Analytics is the data expertise center of the HR department. Its goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics relies on a data hub that gathers HR data from various sources as well as on data processing, data visualization, and data science tools. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units. The team is particularly responsible for monitoring and analyzing workforce trends, and sharing these figures with our external stakeholders and senior management. Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in an agile mode (data analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR department collaborators. As a Data Analyst, in collaboration with the team’s data scientists and data engineers, you will build analyses and participate in the development of projects that help make strategic decisions for the function. 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Understand the needs expressed by senior management, HR teams, or the business
  • Translate them into an analytical roadmap (scope of analysis, metrics...) to help make decisions
  • Develop dashboards (Power BI and Tableau) and analyses independently (preparation, exploration, descriptive analysis, data visualization...) or in collaboration with data scientists (clustering, machine learning, NLP...) and data engineers of the team (industrialization phase)
  • Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of workforce trends, from data collection to the delivery of analyses to senior management
  • Clearly communicate actionable recommendations orally and in writing through reliable and quality deliverables

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Background in Finance, Management or Audit
  • Fluency in English
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Data Quality and Security
  • Problem-solving Skills 
  • Knowledge in Tableau; PowerBI, Excel and DataIKU
