BNP PARIBAS, Hungary Branch is looking for a
CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with clients in writing and on the phone for all day-to-day business-related activities
- Logs in internal ticketing tool and handles clients’ inquiries, requests and meets clients’ needs and expectations
- Prepares and archives confirmations, certificates, letters and replies to different Authorities in electronic or physical form
- Manages client static data in systems
- Provides technical support for clients on-boarding on Cash Management products (bank accounts, e-banking, cash pool, bank cards…)
- Co-ordinates with internationally located internal departments if necessary
- Contributes to the implementation of projects
- Supports anti money laundering systems as 1st line of defense
Requirements:
- College or university degree in economics or finance
- Fluency in English and MS Office
- Excellent communication with clients
- Proactive and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge and good understanding of local banking legislation
- A true passion for the business and curiosity to learn more
- High levels of drive, initiative and adaptability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of precision in repetitive tasks
