We have an excellent career opportunity for a Client Account Manager based in our New York office. This individual will join the team responsible for servicing central banks, official institutions, pension funds, endowments, and foundations clients from across the globe. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Client Relationship Manager in proactive client communication, responding to client inquiries, organizing client meetings as well as being the project manager for various projects related to servicing our clients. As a key client contact, this individual will also be responsible for coordinating among various teams within the organization, including, Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Proposal Management across various regions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Relationship Manager as a key point of contact for the institutional client base.
- Ensure that client needs, both simple and complex are met in a timely and professional manner by either personally handling or coordinating with other teams within the organization.
- Lead client account onboardings, change management events and shut down projects.
- Coordinate with various business areas (such as Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Proposal Management) to address client queries.
- Be proactive in client communications.
- Maintain data quality of client information and develop ways to improve efficiencies.
- Oversee the preparation of client DDQs/RFPs/RFIs
- Organize client meetings and oversee the preparation of meeting materials.
- Provide support in the preparation and hosting of client training seminars.
Key Relationships
- Internal: Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Investment Operations, and Proposal Management across regions.
- External: Institutional clients including central banks, official institutions, pension funds, endowments, and foundations across the globe.
Role Requirements: Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of asset management and fixed income strongly preferred.
- Proficient in institutional client investing and servicing clients to meet investment objectives.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Physical presence in office is an essential function of this position. This role has the flexibility of being hybrid, consisting of an in office and remote working component.
The expected starting salary range for this position in New York City is between $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
