Position Purpose
グループのIT戦略、スタンダードおよびポリシーに基づき、高い技術力をベースとしたシステム開発およびシステム間のインテグレーションをリード、実装し、IT全体の目標達成および計画通りプロジェクト実行に貢献する。既存プロセスの課題を洗い出し、より効率的かつコストメリットのあるITソリューションを提案し、実行する。IT部門内外およびグループのステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築するとともに、綿密なコミュニケーションをもとにした合意形成を自ら構築し、実行する。日本のIT技術リーダとしての自覚を持ち、IT部門メンバに自身の経験およびスキルを還元する。
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- 高度なIT技術・知識に基づき、円滑なプロジェクト遂行に貢献する
- グループのIT戦略、スタンダードおよびポリシーを理解したうえで、ビジネスのバックグラウンドおよび制約などから、最適なソリューションの提案を行う
- ステークホルダー（社外パートナー含む）に真のニーズを引き出し、最適なソシューションを提案すること
- IT部門のテクニカルリードとして、ローカルITだけでなく、アジアリージョンおよびヘッドオフィスと最適なソリューションを導き出す
Contributing Responsibilities
- 所属部門長のサポート役として、ISMP（Information System Master Plan ）の作成を技術面でサポートする
- 常に最新の技術、インダストリースタンダードを探求する
- IT技術者としてだけでなく、金融機関の従業員であることを常に自覚し、IT、ビジネス双方からベストソリューションの提案を行う
- 積極的に自身の技術、知識を部門メンバに還元することを心掛ける

- 高度なIT技術に関する公的資格
Technical Experience / Competencies
【必須】
- 10年以上のWebアプリケーションのハンズオンによる構築・開発の実務経験
- Webアプリケーション構築に必要なサーバ（Apache、IIS 等）、OS（Linux、Windows 等）、ミドルウェア（WAS、Tomcat 等）、フレームワーク（Spring、React 等）、ソフトウエアの知識および5年以上の構築の実務経験
- データベース（Oracle、PostgreSQL、MongoDB 等）に関する知識および5年以上の実装の実務経験
- API（REST、SOAP 等）に関する知識および3年以上の実装の実務経験
- テスト自動化、パフォーマンステストの実装経験（Selenium 等）
- コンテナ技術を使用したマイクロサービス（Docker、Kubernetes 等）に関する知識および実務経験
- 日本語ネイティブもしくは日本語でのステークホルダーとコミュニケーションが取れる日本語力（JLPT N1相当）
- APAC等の海外メンバとコミュニケーションが取れる英語力
- 3年以上のチームマネジメントおよびベンダマネジメント経験
【推奨】
- Cloud技術に関する知識および構築経験
- ユーザ認証（SAML、 OTP 等）やITセキュリティに関する知識および構築経験
- DevOps、Agile等のウォーターフォール以外の開発プロセスに関する知識および実務経験
- 金融機関等の事業会社での業務経験
- 日本の保険会社向けのシステム開発経験

Position Purpose
Taking responsibility about contributing project execution as planned and achieving all IT goals by strong leadership for system development and integration with your advanced IT knowledge and skills based on group IT strategies, standards and policies.
By draw out improving points of existing process, propose more efficient and reasonable IT solution and execute.
Building positive relationship with stakeholders not only inside IT members, and proceed activities by closed proactive communications.
Be aware of as Technical lead in Cardif Japan IT、give back you knowledge and skill for IT members.
Responsibilities

- Contribute executing projects as planned with advanced IT technical knowledge and skills
- Propose the best solution meeting with business with understanding Group IT strategy, standard and policy
- Draw out deep business needs and propose the best solution
- Lead system development and implement with Asia Regional and Head Office staffs as Cardif Japan IT Technical leader
Contributing Responsibilities
- Support department head from point of technical for creating ISMP(Information System Master Plan)
- Always explore the latest technology, industry standard and trends
- Propose the best solution from point of not only IT view as aware of employee of Financial Company
- Give back proactively own skill and knowledge for members

- Advanced IT technical official Certification
Technical Experience / Competencies
【Mandatory】
- Over 10 years of work experience, hands-on building environment and development of Web application system
- Over 5 years of work experience and knowledge related to Server (Apache, IIS etc.), OS (Linux, Windows etc.), Middleware (WAS, Tomcat etc.), Framework (Spring, React etc.) and other software
- Over 5 years of work experience and knowledge, related to DB (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.)
- Over 3 years of work experience and knowledge related to API (REST, SOAP etc.)
- Work experience of Test Automation, Performance Test (Selenium etc.)
- Work experience of Micro Service (Docker, Kubernetes) with Container technology
- Japanese skill: Native or fluent (JLPT N1) can be communicate with stakeholders in Japanese
- English skill: Business level can be communicated with overseas members such as APAC, Europe
- Over 3 years of work experience and knowledge of Team lead and management, IT vendor management
【Recommended】
- Work experience and knowledge related to Cloud service
- Work experience and knowledge related to User authentication (SAML, OTP etc.) and IT Security
- Work experience and knowledge related to development process such as DevOps, Agile etc.
- Work experience at Business company such as financial companies
