Associate Wealth Manager  - Belgium Market (Dutch speaking) M/F

Responsabilities and objectives

Within BNP Paribas Wealth Management, the Associate Wealth Manager is the partnership of the Relationship Manager, helping achieve the commercial and operational objectives. She or he acts as Front Support, ensuring the constant link between Clients and Bank’s services, enabling the perfect implementation of day-to-day operations:

Interaction with external Clients under supervision of the Relationship Manager             

  • Preparation of client meetings/events, and redaction of the minutes
  • Preparation of commercial pitch / periodic portfolio reports
  • Supervision of liquidity events and competition
  • Front Support on day-to-day operations in relationship with Client Service Team and Back Office services: order instructions (cash and market orders), account statements, credit overdraft, Digital services etc.

Interaction with internal Clients   

Investment Offer:

  • Interaction with Advisory, DPM, and dedicated Service Teams (Private Equity, Structured Products etc.)
  • Managing Cash products (Term Deposits, remunerated accounts, current accounts, etc.)
  • Interaction with Wealth Planning and Insurance Solutions
  • Credit proposal and Credit monitoring

KYC/Compliance:             

  • Handling of Account Opening/Closing
  • Conforming to KYC/Compliance requirements: annual Account Recertifications, preparation and in-depth analysis of KYC documents, KYC/ AML vigilance on day-to-day in & out flows and collection of supporting documents, regular Client contacts under the RM supervision (call-back, KYC/Compliance requests etc.)

Operational:

  • Handling of market orders and wire instructions in relationship with Client Service Team and Back Office services of the Bank
  • Follow-up of Account balances and Banking services with the dedicated Departments (cards, IT, Digital, Multiline etc.) and using the appropriate IT tools

Profile

Skills and Attitude

Strong communication and organizational skills

Mastering of oral and written Dutch, English. French would be a real asset.

Team Spirit, Problem solving, Precise, Autonomous, Confidential, Goal oriented, Conduct oriented

Training:

Complete mandatory trainings required by Domaine, Territory and Group (Compliance, CSSF, Mifid)

Opportunity to obtain Private Banker Certification

Education:

Minimum Bachelor in Economics, Finance or Business Management

During the finalization of the recruitment process, the preselected candidate will be asked to provide us an extract from his/her criminal record dated less than 3 months (record N°3 for Luxembourg), according to the dispositions of the law from July 23 2016 concerning the criminal record.
