About the job
The Accounting Officer, as part of France Titrisation team, is responsible for the accountancy and regulatory reporting of securitisation transactions, ensuring the structuring setup and first level controls. France Titrisation is a Management Company dedicated to the French securitisation vehicles (Organismes de Titrisations), under the French AMF's Regulations (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
Your main activities are
- Execute the accountancy and first level controls of the transactions, including the calculation of accrued amounts on Fees, Interests and Swaps amounts; creation and verification of the accounting events; execution of accountancy controls through operational and banking reconciliation.
- Ensure the setup of the structuring, including the validation of the legal documentation for accounting principles and regulatory reporting and the creation of Accountancy models under Excel and/or our dedicated tool (Odyssée).
- Produce and transmit/publish Regulatory Reporting: Annual and semi-annual reports main contact for Auditors; quarterly and Annual Reporting to Banque de France/European Central Bank; periodic report -by Financiers.
- Evolve towards others responsibilities, including second levels controls on the periodic treatments, analyses the transactions legal documentation updates with impact on existing modelling; full analyses and from scratch modelling on new transactions.
