To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) is looking for a:
Trainee Fund Structuring (M/F)
for a 6 or a 12 months internship (covered by a trainship agreement)
You will join Products & Strategic Marketing (PSM), headed by a member of the BNPP AM Executive Board who reports to the BNPP AM CEO. The global line is organized into three main teams (125+ FTEs worldwide) that oversee the global product range (from ideation to implementation), digital solutions, and key projects for BNPP AM.
Within PSM global Iine, you will join more specifically the Global Product Engineering (GPE) pole responsible for project ownership for any event impacting funds (creation, activation, modification, merger, liquidation & closure), whether dedicated or open-ended funds. GPE is gathering and overseeing all key fund engineering expertise (structuring, regulatory, product development & setup for all products).
The Officer – Fund Structuring provides product administrative services to PSM in order to best support the Group’ strategy.
As an Officer, you are a business partner, providing agile and responsive product support to provide BNPP AM & third parties with competitive and optimal regulatory and administrative product documentation in compliance with local regulations, in a manner that adheres to the highest standards of excellence and integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product creation / maintenance and liquidation:
• To take charge of the consequences of decisions taken by the Board of Directors, the General Meeting of shareholders, on the administrative levels (products creation, changes, mergers, liquidations),
• To update all administrative documents,

Officer – Fund Structuring
• Organizing and holding Board meetings, Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings
• To review periodic reports
• To liaise with the local regulator for the approval of new directors
Administration:
• Maintaining fund information in the Product database (COSMOS, FLOWR etc.)
• Requesting, renewing, and cleaning the codes (ISIN, LEI)
• Organization and maintenance of the digital archive where all fund-related documentation is stored
• Corporate housekeeping (signature of minutes and resolutions, preparation of documents, maintaining the list of authorised signatories and
other corporate documents, trade registry filings)
Activity integration:
• Full integration of the team in the Products & Strategic Marketing, and more specifically in the Global Product Engineering team
Other:
• You are willing to contribute as project member to projects within the team or to be project leader for some smaller product projects.
• You are up to date regarding the latest regulatory developments in relation to the above-mentioned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
► Bachelor in law or finance or equivalent by experience
► First work experience could be an asset
► Strong interest in the banking and asset management world
