Caplink is a self service web interface for Fund Managers, Investment Managers and Related Parties.
The goal for Hedge Fund Service's Caplink application is to provide a digital self-service solution for Fund and Investment Managers.
The HFS Caplink system can be viewed as a delivery channel which collates multiple business functions and presents a cohesive access capability to the client. It is intended to replace existing disparate and stand-alone solutions into an integrated proposition over time. The focus of the new solution is on the digital experience and pushing business functionality to the fore to allow the customer manage their own investment and engage with BP2S in an enhanced, seamless mechanism.

Position Purpose
Caplink is an internet based application built on Angular and Java microservices. We need an Java developer who can contribute for the enhancements for Caplink. We have more technical & functional roadmap for this year and next years. This position is key for us to deliver deliverables.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
·Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot,
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features and enhancements.
·Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
·Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets quality standards.
·Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed.
·Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, including cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
·Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
·Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
·Implement security features such as authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
·Implement database access and management using Hibernate and other ORM frameworks.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
