About Business line/Function:
The IT Regulatory Transaction Reporting team has around 50 members (PM, BA, developers), split between Paris and India.
The team is in charge of enhancements and maintenance of several java applications which are reporting the financial transactions to various worldwide regulators
The regulations with the higher volume are SFTR, EMIR, MIFID2, FCA, Dodd-Frank, Canada, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SMMD, MMSR, BOI, FINFRAG, etc.
The team follows the Agile/Scrum methodology and uses Dev/Ops tools

Position Purpose
Understand new/existing regulatory requirements from stakeholders and specify them from an IT perspective to ensure Regulatory Compliance.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Follow and understand the Transaction reporting changes for Global Market
- Organize or attend meetings which will clarify the need and the options available for their implementation.
- Write specifications for developers or other teams involved in the reporting chain.
- Ensure that changes, you are in charge of, are delivered correctly. Assist the testers in setting up test cases and validate their results.
- Participate/lead the team meetings and help the team in the continuous improvements of our way of working
- Train the team members and ensure the knowledge transfer
- Support the IT changes and introduction of new patterns
- Communicate with the sponsors and stakeholders and share the progress

- Good Knowledge on Derivatives especially OTC Derivatives with Fixed Income & Equity underlying, F2B Trade Life Cycle, Clearing & Settlement.

- Basic SQL Querying is a definite plus
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Very good understanding (conceptual) of OTC derivative products and Trade Life Cycle is necessary. Hands on experience, not necessary but good to have.
Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting is a plus.
