Project & Change Officer

Support the COO / COO Office in delivering key transformation initiatives and/or local/regional projects with a focus on:

- Industrialization / digitalization initiatives

- Process efficiency

- Dashboard / KPIs

- CSR (upon request of the CSR committee)

Direct Responsibilities

1. Process efficiency review:

- Engage local stakeholders to define key priorities.

- Understand the existing process.

- Recommend the target process.

- Steer and monitor the implementation.

- Liaise with regional stakeholders to have visibility on best practice around APAC.

2. Industrialization / digitalization initiatives:

- Diagnosis of current state.

- Identify opportunities.

- Build a business case.

- Steer and monitor the implementation.

- Liaise with regional stakeholders to have visibility on best practice around APAC.

3. Dashboard/KPIs (KPI dashboard of volume, Local regulatory reporting and ad-hoc dashboard):

- Propose a list of KPIs to be produced and monitored.

- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for the production of the defined KPIs.

- Propose a dashboard format and implement.

- Recommend a governance.

4. Project tasks

- Prepare project documents such as project plan, project governance, meeting presentation and meeting minutes.

- Organize meetings related to project with local and regional stakeholders.

- Follow up with project action items.

5. SPOC of Local regulatory reporting (LRR) and Personal data protection 

- Act as SPOC for Local regulatory reporting (LRR) and personal data protection.

- Maintain and control LRR inventory.

- Monitor submission status of LRR report.

- Coordinate with Local stakeholder and Fresh Team to automate the existing and new report.

- Prepare presentation for local and regional steering committee.

* Support any other projects, SOP/Modus operandi update, ad-hoc request for analytic report, change initiatives and other tasks at the request of the COO / Head of COO Office. 

Contributing Responsibilities

- Support on some local IT initiatives (particularly interacting with IT, vendor and users to ensure overall coordination of the deliverables)

- Support CSR committee upon request

Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

* Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade Economics or equivalent.

* Good working experience in dynamic/ international environment for 2-3 years is preferred.

* Mastering of Microsoft Office applications.

* Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

* Strong interpersonal skills and data analysis skills.

* Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.
