Position Purpose

This position is part of the ITG Production Germany team, which is serving all entities of the BNPP Group in Germany and Austria.

The mission of the IT QM is to serve as a central hub inside this team for all questions relating quality management and KPI reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets from various sources and presenting the insights to support business decisions

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

1.       Maintaining quality assurance processes and standards for BAU and projects inside ITGP Germany.

2.       Conducting regular quality assessment to ensure compliance with established standstads and protocols.

3.       Defining and tracking KPI for the delivery quality of ITGP Germany and providing regular reports to management and clients on the portfolio’s performance, risks, and issues.

4.       Managing tools and software used for IT Quality Management

5.       Maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders and facilitate discussions between teams, management, and other stakeholders to address concerns and update on progress.

6.       Implementing and maintaining best practices, processes, and methodologies for project portfolio management and act as advisor for ITGP Germany project staff

7.       Experience in handling large volume of data in Excel, Power BI & prepare reports

8.       Prepare Entity related Quarterly reports

9.       Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals

Contributing Responsibilities

1.       Contribute to developing and implementing quality assurance processes and standards in close collaboration with ITGP Germany management

2.       Coordinate with internal Teams and prepare Weekly, Monthly dashboards

3.       Suppport on ad-hoc topics inside CTO Office
