Direct Responsibilities
Drive and coordinate IT Continuity activities for GM & ALMT APAC
Oversee and manage transversal projects among APAC GM APS and report status in different meetings, e.g. Obsolescence, Vulnerabilities, Monitoring system migrations
Establish IT governance under APAC GM APS perimeter, include best practices from ITIL, BNPP ITG and CIB
Improve the efficiency of current operational procedures/process within APAC GM APS
Work closely with stakeholders from different teams, like APS teams, Infrastructure, IT Security, Production Security, on a daily basis
