You will be part of a class of recently graduated lawyers, whose profiles are diverse and endowed with multiple skills. You will join an 18-month intensive learning programme of three 6-month rotations in various environments within BNP Paribas LEGAL, the legal department of the Group. Your journey through different entities of the legal department will be built according to your profile to provide you with an experience that will enhance your skills. Fully integrated into the various LEGAL environments, you will contribute to legal activities and participate in its strategic projects.
The Graduate Programme is offered to graduates with up to two years of professional experience from the date of graduation following a full course of study.
The course of the programme:
· The first rotation is carried out in the entity that you will join permanently at the end of the Graduate Programme.
· The second or third rotation is planned abroad to allow you to discover the international dimension of the Group.
· The last rotation will complete your experience in a legal entity whose missions are meaningful for your career path.
You will complete your Graduate Programme by joining your first entity.

Missions : As a LEGAL Graduate, you will be working in one of our many legal fields for the products and activities of that field. You will provide legal advice for your internal clients in the Bank to best support the Group's strategy.
Examples of your tasks:
· Provide legal advice and consultations tailored to clients' needs
· Draft or participate in drafting specific legal documents
· Define, in consultation with clients, the legal strategy to be adopted
· Identify, raise, and escalate legal risks
· Lead or participate in cross-functional projects
· Monitor market and regulatory developments
You will be based in Paris and suburbs (except for the international rotation).

Do you have the profile?
Bac+5 (Master) in law: banking, civil and commercial, competition, insurance, financial markets and products, new technologies and digital (IT/IP), corporate and mergers/acquisitions, real estate, business, etc.
Can you adapt quickly in a demanding environment? Have you demonstrated your creativity, proactivity, initiative in problem solving and decision making? Aimed at results, are you constantly looking to improve your performance? Do you have strong analytical and collaborative skills? Are you a good team player?
Last but not least, do you have a good level of English (equivalent to or higher than C1)?
