France Static Data Team Leader with French
Requirements:
- Previous experience in people management
- Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
- Fluency in English and French (min. C1 level in both)
- Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Securing the delivery of static data processes;
- Ensuring efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service;
- Managing operational risks in activities performed by the team;
- Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary;
- Coordinating the onboarding new operational activities
- Ensure the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;
- Supporting team members' personal development and ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement;
- Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
