Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French (min. C1 level in both)
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Responsibilities:
- Performing static data processes and acting as checker of the work performed by other team members to ensure the correct completion of team's operations;
- Securing efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service;
- Identifying operational risks in activities performed by the team;
- Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary;
- Supporting the onboarding new operational activities;
- Monitoring if the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;
- Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
