France Static Data Deputy Team Leader with French

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (min. C1 level in both)
  • Accuracy and client focus approach
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
  • Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Performing static data processes and acting as checker of the work performed by other team members to ensure the correct completion of team's operations;
  • Securing efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service;
  • Identifying operational risks in activities performed by the team;
  • Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary;
  • Supporting the onboarding new operational activities;
  • Monitoring if the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;
  • Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
