Fleet Services Specialist

Cautam un Fleet Services Specialist,  care va asigura si va gestiona relatia cu utilizatorii / clientii autovehiculelor Arval, telefonic dar si prin intermediul mijloacelor de comunicare scrisa, in scopul solutionarii in mod profesionist si eficient a solicitarilor pe care acestia le au, referitore la autovehiculele pe care le utilizeaza.

In acest rol, vei fi responsabil sa:

  • Receptionezi, sa analizezi si sa tratezi solicitarile primite din partea utilizatorilor vehiculelor din flota Arval, atat in interesul companiei, cat si al clientului;
  • Urmaresti toate cazurile gestionate, astfel incat sa minimalizezi costurile si perioadele de imobilizare a masinilor;
  • Rezolvi cu profesionalism solicitarile utilizatorilor / clientilor in asa fel incat sa asiguri un echilibru intre minimizarea costurilor si satisfactia clientului in ceea ce priveste utilizarea vehiculului si a certitudinii ca beneficiaza de toate serviciile contractuale;
  • Respecti si sa aplici procedurile in vigoare aferente activitatii pe care o desfasori, in ceea ce priveste modul de comunicare cu utilizatorii / clientii, modul de rezolvare a solicitarilor lor si termenele de raspuns;
  • Colaborezi permanent cu furnizorii/partenerii Arval dar si cu colegii din celelalte departamente, in scopul gestionarii eficiente a tuturor cazurilor atribuite;
  • Contribui la imbunatatirea continua a imaginii Arval in fata clientilor si a partenerilor printr-o atitudine profesionista.

Daca ai:

  • 1 an experienta anterioara intr-un domeniu ce a implicat relatia cu clientii
  • Studii medii/superioare finalizate
  • Constituie avantaj: cunostinte tehnice auto, experienta in zona de customer support sau o activitate similara celei de leasinf operational
  • Cunostinte excelente de MS Office (Excel)
  • Competente privind organizarea si planificarea activitatii
  • Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare
  • Orientare spre obtinerea rezultatelor
  • Abilitati de lucru in echipa
  • Cunostinte operationale de limba engleza
