- Ensure 70% of the time to engage with priority clients
- Horn the skill of selling cross‐asset structured products such as rates, FX and credit.
- Show continued effort in forming and enhancing relationships with clients as well as internal partners.
Work closely with structuring, trading and other product specialists to achieve BNPP goals.
Provide client feedback to ensure improvements on product quality
Share market insights with all relevant stakeholders, and update the development of regulations to offshore team members
Attend relevant training courses to maintain appropriate regulatory, product and technical skills.
Acquire qualification and horn the skill of selling structured products
Assist qualified personnel on dealing OTC derivatives with other entities of BNP
Work closely with sales, research and other product specialists
Requirement
Finance background. With 3-5 years of working experience of Structured Products/ Derivatives.
Fluent English in writing and speaking with good communication skill
Project management Skill
High commitment to the work/ team player
With VBA coding skill Is plus
