About the job

  • The Client Database Officer mission is to ensure the quality of the Account Referential department, as it is at the forefront of the operational activity and is responsible for managing and maintaining the client accounts Database platforms for BNP Paribas. Additionally, as the client accounts are the driver of all the activities that the department provides to the Bank's customers, the team plays an essential role within the bank and this position needs to take into account that it is a multi-cultural team split between Lisbon and Porto offices that work as one

Your Main Activities Are

  • Be responsible for LCN, cash or securities account opening, modification and account closing in local and global markets
  • Support the team with sensitive setups such as foreign exchange (auto-fx, derogation and exclusion) and fees
  • Communicate with clients and service partners increasing the level of service and network
  • Due to the sensitive nature of the activity controls and validations, is essential to guarantee an excellent service and has to be performed with great level of rigor and detail
  • Actively perform at the highest level and participate in maintaining the supporting files that are used on a daily basis

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Attention to detail / rigor
