Junior Client Account Manager
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level)
- Interest in banking operations
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Accuracy, attention to details and client focus approach
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
- Ability to collaborate/ Teamwork
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
Responsibilities:
- Provides support to customers by managing their accounts and queries to ensure expected service level is provided
- Participates in meetings with clients and third parties to ensure they are satisfied with the servcie
- Creates, monitors and updates team's procedures and checklists to ensure there is no discrepancy and gaps in the process
- Presents constructive, supportive and learning culture attitude in relation to errors and incidents to ensure no errors visible for the clients
- Takes ownership in regards to process enhancement to ensure proper delivery of department's target.
